Walden Translation

In my mind he left the distractions of modern life to live out on his own to try and fined a better way to teach what he knows and to have a better feel of that he teaches.
He speaks of us being like ants, Just fallowing a trail, being told what to do, who to be, and I know exactly were hes going with it. Think about it, When do we stop and look at the tiny details? We live life day by day doing the same thing and experiencing the same thing over and over and over. When do we look around us at all the new? You know how your weekend seems to go by faster then the others? Its because we don't experience new thing and our minds don't expand. Look at the video of my first post on this blag and you will see.

For my study strategy i will be spending at least 20 to 30 minutes a day studying my words. I will work in sections, studding each column one by one until i have it down.

Poe's "Dream Within A Dream" : reaction/reflection

After hearing all the wonderful thought and comments on this poem from my class mates, in thought there's not much i can add that hasn't all ready been said. I especially enjoy this comment by Jasmine Beebe's Blog  " know I've had some nights when my dreams are off the charts and then my alarm wakes me up when i can tell its getting to the best part and while I'm waking up I'm grasping onto the dream wishing i could stay asleep for just a few more minutes." This is something i strongly relate to. Our alarms not only seem to take us from dreams but seem to save us at times, Its

Socratic seminar Review

A Myth is passed down through generations and is told to explain something we don't understand, or to bring us to ease because the unknown is can be scary to some.

Well first i would like to start off by saying I really had no idea what i should say or do in this post so to jog my memory i looked through some of our fellow bloggers posts. They had a ton of realy awesome stuff to say. Connor Albright said "It seems that all Socratic Seminars that I have witnessed have fallen apart because everyone is to afraid that people won't agree or that their thoughts are stupid."
I think he has a great point, all though our first Socratic Seminar didn't really go as planned it did show a sort of shyness in the class which tells me we have to look forward towards future improvement. I'm sure with more Socratic Seminars should shake this shyness loose with time.

Song listened to wile typing this (Skrillex & Damian "Jr Gong" Marley - "Make It Bun Dem")

Reflections on Week 1

There isn't one experience I can pin point for a single reason and the reason is that I feel as if life its self is an experience. Every detail should be a lesson in its own, too the choices you make at the start of your day and the choices you make at the end, each choice leads you down a different path, building your way to what happens next. So in my eyes every experience is an important one. we just choose to knowledge them.

I'm excited in more ways then one to start this awesome class. Tho I am concerned about the fact that I am a procrastinator (Why do you think I'm writing this blog post at 11:50) I try not to be but I let is get the best of me, I know its wrong but I do it anyways. I hope to fix that about myself in the future :3

Thanks for reading and good night

Assignment #1

Well first off my reasons for taking this course was so that I could increase my English skills for future uses  This skill will help me obtain the knowledge needed for a future career in thee sciences. Like almost every job it involves a lot of filing, writing, and reports. I'm extremely exited to take this course because of its unique nature. It take school and technology to a new level. My goal in this course is to enjoy my time spent with everyone and hope for the best of my fellow class mates. I expect this course to go well and help many understand that the internet is not all a dangerous place and that it can be a place for learning and education.
